Mohammad Ebrahim Qasemi was born in Maidan Wardak province in a religious family in Maidan Wardak province. He studied primary school in Mahmaoud Hotaki school and was graduated from Mahmoud Tarzi high school of Kabul. Mr. Qasemi was admitted to Kabul Engineering Faculty after passing the national entrance exam. He later on passed the entrance exam was admitted to the economic faculty of Kateb University. He was graduated in 2011 from economic faculty of Kateb University. Mr. Qasemi migrated from Afghanistan after Jihad period in order to gain knowledge and better serve the people. Mr. Qasemi passed accounting course and pilot training in Canada and has served more than 15 years in "The Afghans Islamic Community in Canada." Though Mr. Qasemi was not in Afghanistan for a long time, they trusted him and voted to him in the parliamentary election. He was one of the most active and successful members of the National Assembly of Afghanistan for two periods of 5 years. PM Qasemei, served the Afghans and his clients in political, economic, culture and socio-economic areas while serving in the National Assembly of Afghanistan.
Mr. Qasemi's social activities:Dr. Aqil Shah Eliasi son of Haji Nawroz Eliasi was born in Kabul. He spent his childhood in Kabul and studied primary period in Abul Rahim Shahid primary school and secondary and high school Shohad e Sarab of Ghazni. Dr. Elyasi joined Kabul Economy Faculty after passing successfully the national entrance exam and graduated from the same faculty. As he was interested in social science, he studied sociology at Kateb University and received his master's degree from Kateb University. Dr. Elyasi has worked as a teacher at Kateb University as well. He has been active in academic, and socio-cultural fields.
