Biography of Mohammad Ebrhim Qasemi:

Mohammad Ebrahim Qasemi was born in Maidan Wardak province in a religious family in Maidan Wardak province. He studied primary school in Mahmaoud Hotaki school and was graduated from Mahmoud Tarzi high school of Kabul. Mr. Qasemi was admitted to Kabul Engineering Faculty after passing the national entrance exam. He later on passed the entrance exam was admitted to the economic faculty of Kateb University. He was graduated in 2011 from economic faculty of Kateb University. Mr. Qasemi migrated from Afghanistan after Jihad period in order to gain knowledge and better serve the people. Mr. Qasemi passed accounting course and pilot training in Canada and has served more than 15 years in "The Afghans Islamic Community in Canada." Though Mr. Qasemi was not in Afghanistan for a long time, they trusted him and voted to him in the parliamentary election. He was one of the most active and successful members of the National Assembly of Afghanistan for two periods of 5 years. PM Qasemei, served the Afghans and his clients in political, economic, culture and socio-economic areas while serving in the National Assembly of Afghanistan.

Mr. Qasemi's social activities:
- Head of Grievance Redress Commission of Wolse Jirga.
- Following up the grievances submitted to the Commission.
- Addressing the grievances in a timely manner. For instance, contributing to building more than 16 secondary and high school building in Bamyan, Maidan Wardak and Daikondi provinces with the cooperation of the Ministry of education and holding winter capacity building training for the teachers of these schools.
- Founding Kateb University jointly with Dr. Aqil Shah Eliasi .
- Founding Kateb non-profit high school with the financial support of "The Afghans Islamic Community in Canada."

Dr. Eliasi's Biography:

Dr. Aqil Shah Eliasi son of Haji Nawroz Eliasi was born in Kabul. He spent his childhood in Kabul and studied primary period in Abul Rahim Shahid primary school and secondary and high school Shohad e Sarab of Ghazni. Dr. Elyasi joined Kabul Economy Faculty after passing successfully the national entrance exam and graduated from the same faculty. As he was interested in social science, he studied sociology at Kateb University and received his master's degree from Kateb University. Dr. Elyasi has worked as a teacher at Kateb University as well. He has been active in academic, and socio-cultural fields.

- Founding (Kateb Curative Hospital) (2017).
- Founding KarAmoz Technical Mid-Higher Education in (2014).
- Founding Organization of Afghanistan Agents of Democracy (2013).
In addition, Dr. Eliasi has carried out the following activities to support the youth of the country:
- Providing scholarships for Mid-Higher, Bachelor and Master Degrees .
- Providing financial aid to athletes, athletic associations and futsal tournaments .
_A number of Academic-Technical activities of Dr. Elyasi Include membership of the Trustee Board of Kateb University, Admin and Finance Deputy of Kateb University, Dean of Barch Branch of Kateb University, Director of Communications Development of Kateb University, Director of KARA Research Department, Chairman of the Afghanistan Agents of Democracy, and writing academic-research articles with a sociological approach.
